2023 DUAL MEET CHAMPIONS

If you wish to be stronger, more balanced, more confident, mentally tough, more disciplined, and a better all-around athlete able to compete in any sport at a much higher level, wrestling is the sport to get you there.

 

We invite you... boys and girls ages 4 to 14 years to join our program and embark on a journey of physical and mental growth.


We teach the fundamentals of Folkstyle Wrestling as we compete in the Southern Maryland Junior Wrestling League.


We look forward to seeing you at our next practice.
